Carl Schwamberger has contributed some good posts, but has only posted 64 times, as he is still fairly new. I would nominate him eventually for All-Around Good Posting medal.
Hmm I suppose as Chief Mod I should be wearing my medals then, to set an example. Thanks for the nominations but I think others are more deserving than me and I wouldnt want the general guys out there to think we were just a back slapping clique of medal awarders to ourselves.

What about that guy Drake? He seems to have reasoned and informed posts…He, like Dallas, is new. But perhaps throwing him a medal might not be a bad idea…
Not sure if Drake would put it up. Heck I feel uncomfortable with it for some reason. However, we have awarded them to guys in the past who dont show em. So thats no reason not to give out some.
Thats being said I think we should change the way we do the medals. I would like to see them moving to fixed times in the year, say 1st of every month or quarter we award, but keep a note of an award in the War Room.
How do guys feel about this system?
I like it. I think it would be more systematic and maybe encouraging to members…something to look forward to each month. Also, I like the idea of noting the awards in the war room. For viewing by the general membership, maybe we could create a locked thread just to record awards given and the members who received them along with the date they were awarded. Since many do not display their medals.
He doesn’t have to wear 'em, he can just thrown them into his sock drawer like I did. 
Honestly, I’m not much for medals myself. If I were, I would have joined the USAF - they practically give medals for proof of potty training…
Since no one is willing to act … just give me list of all ppl up for awards. Most of them I have already listed. I dont care if we do it monthly or weekly or fucking yearly. The time is now. Anyhow can one of you please give me a list that I can do a mass recommendation on. From ther I willl award them. This should NOT be so complicated. Nicely, For the love of god just give me a list and I will take care of the rest.

GS, checking the awards thread I noticed that you, FW, myself and PK (one award) were the posters there.
So I think that FF should be the one who should awards users this time (of course only if pdf is still busy this weekend). I said that because he will be from 1st of December a full chief mod and till then I have to remaind him that this is also a duty of a chief mod. I know that it might be difficult. You have to pick the right award, post it being careful to unthick the “show your signature” button, PM to the recipients (individually). receiving thanking-PMs (this one will boost your numbers of PM to a critical stage). But that’s life…

Anyhow lets get the proper list to FF and he can make the recommendation/awards except for the ones that involve him. Dani or I can do that.
Here is part of the proper list.
Guys add whoever else you want and the award recommendation. Check already made recommendations. Its okay to recommend them twice.
Also FF look at the Awards Process thread…dont forget to remove you sig when posting awards. We will need to update the Awards quick reference list. I think this need to be in public as well so when we are done it will be released.
Welcome to the more admin side of things. Im sure things are alot at the moment but they get easier. You should see the admin panel I have to go thru to fix some of the easiest things.
