When you give a medal please take off your sig so its a bit more clear. Also its nice if you PM and tell them when they have been awarded.

What is thought about my Oct. 13th Proposal?
Well i just handed out 7 long overdue medals to members. I think this is good for the moment. But we need to keep an eye out for people that do really good things.
Also an overdue medal, IMO.
why are you guys suddenly give out that much awards?

Plus most of the people who hold medals are the moderators, chief mods, and admins.
They are long time members and I think they all deserve the awards given. It may also encourage our latest crop to stick around.
Out of nearly 600 guys as Tiger has stated, its not many that get an award.
That is quite possible. I mean FW, it’s not like awards are given on a daily basis. Before Gen. Sandworm’s mad medal rampage today (:lol:) the last one was awarded on October the 9th. Nearly two months ago!! :shock:

Maybe normal mods should be entitled to award awards so they wouldn’t be so overdue? Just a thought sir, you’re not obligated to accept.
Tiger for now I think we will keep it the same way. Perk of being a Cheif mod or Admin.

Finally I received a PM from Charles. He didn’t know who to add the medal on his signature. Now I sent him a reply explaining that he have to paste to his signature and to update his profile.
Im sorry but I think the management must set some kind of example. FW I do not like that you grip about the awarding of medals when you are not even wearing your own. Therefore:
Unless you have a good objection. All Mods, Cheif Mods and Admins must wear their awards.
Also there is one among us that might be up for the site loyalty medal.
