Welcome aboard.

Hi, I just joined today, hope I learn things here!
I’m from A small town called Leyland in Lancashire, England, and I’m mostly interested in the AFVs of WW2, though I am willing to learn of every aspect of the conflict, especially the war in the Pacific as I know very little of that theater.

Hi all! Stumbled across the site tonight and had to register! Looks like I’ve got a lot to learn and enjoy! Thanks for having me!

About me: ex-63D Track Mech. Field Arty self-propelled 155’s and 8-inch. History major and librarian who drives his family nuts with history and WW2 stuff.

See ya round!

Tony

Welcome Tony

Hay everyone, new to the group and thought I would drop a line introducing myself.

I am a wargame designer, writer and am opening my own miniatures company soon called What The?! Miniatures to support my game Battleground Weird War II. I am coming to the sight to gain ideas for my Weird WWII wargame and ideas for rare and odd weapons and equipment used during the war.

Look forward to interacting wit everyone,

Brian

Best Regards.

Nobody in my family was in the military. My father struggled against compulsory military service. I have just 1 uncle who did the Algeria war and since he is crazy.
I have another uncle in Carentan during the DDay. He told some odd stories about that which seem be extract form a cartoon.
I’m really here by random.
