Yeah, I’m reading it too. I should be working but what the hell, it’s a Friday (half day) and the work Christmas party last night so nobody’s feeling motivated!

Things always change, all I really ask now is that any punishments are discussed beforehand and a majority decision is gained. Majority means that after 48 hours you can do it.
I will not have a return to Argentinian Mod styles where anything that annoys you personally get deleted and warned.
I was using ‘understood’ loosely. 
I understand the rules as stated but note from subsequent posts that there may be exceptions depending upon circumstances, so before I do anything (apart possibly from deleting a spammer’s posts if no other mods are on) I’ll ask.
Read and understood. Will re-consult or ask in case of doubt.
