Yea FW you kinda fucked that up. Panzerknacker was awared an award he was not nominated for.

I was thinking to get things going here again in the awards section that is. I think maybe we should impower all staff to be able to issue awards. What do you guys think?

I totally agree with that! Anyway, if we agree on that, a short procedure will be presented here (GS, FW and me already know it).

While I agree that all staff should be able to give out awards, I do think that we should discuss them first. I think it makes it safer to award the guys that really deserve it after discussion, Iā€™d hate to award someone and then 2 months later ban them, does not look good that.

I kinda like governing by majority in a democratic way.
