It was great. I sat in on the Senate Gallery, toured all the major buildings, and I participated in a wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery.
I’ve had serious issues with my PC (motherboard finally died after 4 years of extensive work 
). Therefore I will be off-line for 1 week to 10 days (maybe less) until buying a new one.
Edited: Unfortunatelly (for my pocket :lol: ) a new PC, not only a new motherboard…

Here the vacations are in the period december-March, although there is a short break in the mid winter days (july).

Well, I am suposed to say this yesterday but the thing is that I am in a short 3 day trip to a town 400 km away home, I will be i here again sunday.
So how long exactly will you been gone? Will it be long enough that we should appoint a replacement or will you be able to visit from time to time over there!

I should have access to the Net, but right now dont know how frequent it will be. If you think you need to trawl for another Mod, it may be a good idea to have another one in place before I go which will be towards the end of June.
Oops forgot to add I will be gone for 4-6 months. I can think of better places for a Summer holiday though.

Update on my situation.
I dont think I will be here regurarly until about November. I have several courses to do now and some unexpected stuf as well. I am heading into deepest Iraq soon (June) and as you will appreciate my priority will not be to log on to WW2IC.
If all goes well, I will be back here in Oct/Nov or maybe Dec.
I understand fully if you wish to remove me as a MOD as I cant assure I will be around.
If all goes wrong and you dont here from me again, I would just like to say that I have really enjoyed WW2IC. Thats not an obituary, its just in case of loss of conectivitey.
